I was a frequent user of this self service facility until I used the tire cleaner option. Some of the cleaner residue must have gotten trapped in locations under the car, because it leaked onto my garage concrete floor leaving nasty dark yellow stains. They seem to be impossible to remove!!. I've left repeated messages at the phone number posted on the wall asking for guidance, or at least a connection to their supplier to find out if there's a remedy. There has been NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Good wash. Wish the vacuum was cheaper.
