Paid them to wax our brand new vehicle and they put the "new guy" on it and he even waxed the antenna on top of the car the seals on the doors ...every inch of black trim now has wax on it and it will not come off..it is porous black plastic ! after I realised what he had done ...the manager let it sit in the bay for over a month the first time and two weeks the second time..and the owners wife April said she doesn't recall seeing it there.... how could you miss it it's the bright blue Chevy spark! I approached the owners wife about it and she was not only rude she acted like it was my fault the previous manager that they had employed for like 26 years didn't do anything about it... I was giving her an opportunity to make it right ... I wouldn't take my bicycle there to be washed there!

I keep copies of all my paid reciepts.
It was even reported to Zack who is a FAMILY member of the owner who blew it off. Again my paid reciepts are on file because they are there again PAID by me. We didn't get free washes . But on the other hand, maybe Robert, or a few of the others who don't have cars have given theirs away or even sold them at a discount. Pull those employee numbers if your so smart.
