Very unprofessional staff. When confronted with bad service the excuse was "we are short staffed". A customer should not have to suffer because a business is understaffed especially when we are paying full price for our services.
Too long on Ultimate Detail and job looked rushed. Sticking to just exterior only

They do a good job but need be looked over before leaving. Sometimes things get missed.
Awful service. Will not use again. Not only were the prices higher than most but my car was still dirty. Didn't clean the rubber floor mats, dirt still on the console, floor, and seat. Also, the waiting area for customers is a broken metal picnic table that nearly collapsed because of rusted/loose bolts. The first guy at the front asked what I wanted while blocking the board with the prices. I told him the most basic wash that does both exterior and interior and he charged $30 (for a camry!) which was the most expensive platinum wash. Of course, I didn't realize this until after I was charged because he was blocking the board with all the details and prices.
