They are always prompt with service and informative. I never feel pressured for services and they always let me know of complimentary services like courtesy fluid checks. I had repetitive issues with my brake rotors and they fixed it with a warranty, no charge. I HIGHLY recommend using this store for ALL of your automotive needs.
Good place to get new tires. Decently fast ish service. I'd give it 5 stars if they were more on point with how long the jobs will take. Overall I recommend this place.
I have been customer for over 15 years with 2 cars, suvs and trucks. I get all my parts and tires here. Having a Firestone account is great i can send family and friends to have work done. Thanks Gus for the free undercarriage inspection.
I made an appointment for an oil change and rotate to make things quicker. They also checked the alignment. Took more than 2 hours. People were in and out ahead of me for oil changes with other services and they walked in with no appointment. I won't be returning.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Rogers Mallory and they were very busy. Mr. Mallory came to me and ask how he could help me. I told him I needed four tires for my trailer and gave him the size also what ply I wanted. In a matter of minutes he had it pulled up and showed me the total cost for the tires, valve stems, put on and trash my old ones. When I looked at the register and saw the final price, I was shocked and speechless. I have shopped around for a couple weeks and all over the Piedmont for the best tires for the best price. Let's just say I found both right here at Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 105 E. Chester Drive in High Point.
