I did escalate the issue and spoke with senior management about the issue. Their senior management at the regional level was very understanding of the issue and we did speak at length about some of the service challenges encountered. I was able to work out an agreeable solution.
I have been very happy with the service I have received here. Even when these guys are crazy busy they maintain a professional manner and attitude. Not the cheapest place to buy tires but you get what you pay for. In this case I feel the service one receives makes up for the slightly higher price. I would give them 5 stars but they are not perfect. But who is?
Quick and very professional service. Took about 40 minutes to put 4 tires on. Staff was knowledgeable and very welcoming. I did my research for a while on finding a quality place with good prices - look no further. Discount Tire is fantastic!
Had mixed experiences with this store. My wife had a flat tire due to a screw she caught in the treads of her tire that was easily fixable with a patch. It was the end of the day and the person she dealt with didn't handle the situation well refusing service and quickly moving to try to sell new tires. I was irritated given I was a distance away at the time and the service was refused for what they saw as a discrepancy with the size of the tires on the car. They did put the spare tire on but it was a big inconvenience having to address the issue the next day.
I worked afterwards with a local manager, Joe Travis, who was fantastic to work with. Polite and helpful in getting my wife taken care of.
Tire they installed was lowering my gas mileage considerably. Told them about the issue and they ordered me new tires and are installing/replacing them at no charge. This location has provided us with excellent service over the past 6 years. Highly recommend them for all your tire needs!
Excellent service! Maintenance price is low! Staffs are courteous! Clean restroom and free coffee and wifi!
Will certainly give this store a second chance based off the management, just hoping that the local service agents are improved as they really did their managers a disservice representing the company and store.
