I am giving this location 2 stars because the check-in lady was nice and the x-ray technician was friendly as well, if not for that they would be given 1 star. First there is a ridiculous amount of wait time. At check in I was told it would be a 2 hour wait so after 2 hours I asked how much longer it would be, I was told they could not give me a time frame so it because they only have 12 rooms and 7 people were in front me and if goes and someone still waiting was there for over 3 hours so it could be 3 more hours. I asked could I just get the X-Ray results, but of course not because they would not be able to charge me. So I left and called my doctor this morning to get the X-Ray results over the phone with no extra charge. Also with the amount of patients this establishment needs to increase the night staff as well as provide a cafeteria or something besides the expensive venting machine. I will definitely not be coming back here I will drive to Greensboro if I have another emergency.

I have never had a better experience at any type of emergency or urgent care facility. My 3 year old daughter broke her arm earlier today and I took her to the closest place that's open on weekends. Check in and getting her looked at took no time at all, everyone was extremely sweet and accommodating, about 10 nurses came in to talk to her and brought her stickers, stuffed animals and even an ice pop after they put her cast on her. I am really blown away at how patient and caring the staff is. I would highly recommend anyone needing emergency assistance to go here. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby girl!

The doctors and staff are highly professional and show a genuine care about their patient's care.

Almost two weeks ago my 8 year old was seen with a high fever, cough, and flu symptoms. They didnt test him for flu at all. They gave him water, monitored his BP, did an x-ray, and gave him Tylenol. Then said "Viral Respiratory Illness." They said there was a little something on the x-ray but not enough for it to be pneumonia or anything. Well, his fever is gone now but his cough seemed to be getting worse. He went to the doctor today and they said everything described tells them he likely at the flu initially and it turned into, take a guess...PNEUMONIA. Every time I take my son here they say "Viral Respiratory ______" and never do anything else. Is that just the easiest thing to say to get rid of someone?!

My 2 year old neice went in with a 104.7 fever Friday night. They sent her home to take Advil and Tylenol after a 4 hour wait and said it's a viral infection so no antibiotics were administered. Advised to go to her pediatrician on Monday if no improvement. Went today and she has pneumonia and an ear infection. Do not go to this sorry place no matter what!
