This gym is a family owned business and it shows! Never before have I wanted to attend a 5:30 AM class, but now it is the best way to start my day. Kevin is an incredible trainer, is always aware of the capabilities of those in the gym ,and knows just how to motivate each person to give it their best effort
Edge Fitness makes working out no longer a task but something you actually want to do. Everyone at Edge makes you feel welcomed, wanted, and valued as a member of the gym. The employees are very personal and will work with you and do whatever they can to help you in the best way possible. The boxing classes are great for anyone at any level and I feel very comfortable participating, which is great for me because I am a smaller woman. The fitness classes are amazing as well! I would highly recommend Edge Fitness to anyone!

I am so happy and thankful to be a part of Edge Fitness!! The 5:30 fitness boot camp with Kevin is the perfect way to start my day- I absolutely love it!!!!!! He offers vast fitness knowledge, a positive attitude and abundant encouragement and enthusiasm to all class members; plus, we have yet to do the same workout twice. I highly recommend Edge- it's the best!!!!! :)

I began coming to this gym solely so that my daughter could participate in the youth martial arts class, but seeing how much fun she was having, I decided to sign up for the adult class. I can say for myself, joining this class was a great decision. This gym offers more than just fitness and training, it's much more personal than that. The trainers really care about you, your fitness, your goals and they want you to meet those goals as much as you do.
