From the moment we walk in the door the staff members are smiling. Dr. Joye has the biggest smile of all. I love this practice. I pass by a lot of dental offices just to get to her. She always makes you feel like you're top priority.

My daughter's first appointment, she was 2.5 so they 'allowed' me to go back with her. At her most recent appointment she was 3 and so they wouldn't allow me back during the visit. The explanation is that it gives them the opportunity to create a relationship with the child. I wasn't going to allow my 3 year old child to be treated without me being there, and so they referred us to a dentist who doesn't have a problem with parents going back. I appreciate the referral, glad it wasn't a big deal, but wanted others to know who may not be comfortable sending their young children somewhere alone. Yes, they're supposed to be professionals and yes my daughter would most likely be fine, but I don't send her to the pediatrician alone and I won't send her to the dentist alone, not even for the purpose of creating a relationship. I'm honestly at a loss as to what kind of relationship you can only create without parents present. Everyone was super friendly though, and interacted well with my daughter. But don't go thinking you'll convince them to let you go back with your child, they'll refer you.

The care my son received was excellent....HOWEVER.... BEWARE of being "double billed" for services! After paying in full up front, I was told they "forgot" to include part of the treatment 2 months later when I was contacted with a balance (which I paid) . A year after that, I find the exact item I was told was "forgotten" plainly listed on my EOB.......The office still refuses to "pay up" for their multiple mistakes......insurance fraud maybe???? you decide

Love this place. The parents' relaxation lounge......check it out for yourself! The service is impeccable! Both of my sons started going when they cut their first teeth. And my newborn will be a patient there when he gets his first tooth. They treat you and your child with a lot of care and love! Dr. Warr is an awesome dentist and has created the perfect atmosphere at her practice.

Just like every other pediatric dentist, they care more about how fat their wallet can get than caring for a hurting child.
