I originally called to make the appointment and asked if there were any office policies about parents not being able to go in the back with their children. My son is 3. I will not let him go in the back of anywhere without adult supervision. I was informed that it would not be an issue. However when I got there I was asked to sign a parent policy document. This policy stated that after the first visit I was not allowed to go in the back. Asking me to be a silent partner. I refused to sign it. I was informed that we would be able to discuss this with the doctor. Leading me to believe that there would be exceptions. The doctor upon noticing I didn't sign it refused service to my sons and was rude! She informed me that there was no need to over react. Does she not realize that it is 2015 and there are enough sickos on this planet. I don't know any of these people personally and I'm not about to let my son go off with complete strangers at the age of three when he can't tell me exactly what happened. If you have younger children I highly suggest you go elsewhere regardless of what the office staff may tell you when you call. Doctor was rude. I was told all morning that I could talk about the paper with the doctor. Leading me to believe exceptions were made. Dr didn't care and didn't bother. As soon as she found I didn't sign she told the tech that we needed a referral and as I was talking she left.

My family and myself have been going here for years and I've had nothing but great professional experience with the dentist! My children are older and I've ALWAYS been able to go in the back with them! Even when I was going through some major dentistry the staff allowed my friend to come back with me. I would and have recommend North Point Dental Associates to anyone!!! Also thank you guys so much for everything you have done for me and my family!!!

I have went here a couple times but I recommended my dad over the summer and the main dentist man broke his tooth and left piece's my dad had to go back and the dentist said it was my dad's fault but didn't make my dad pay that 2nd visit .. well maybe a month ago I went to get my tooth pulled and the same thing happened to me I have pieces left in my gum and 1 part is cutting through my gum cutting my tounge can't wait to hear the excuse but after he fixes this I won't be going back EVER !
