Another great rental experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I credit and would like to say much thanks to the staff for all there friendly and courteous help with my rentals. They should be praised and commended. Also the rental vehicles were all top notch. I will be looking forward to more rentals with them. Dirty car, little gas, bald left tire, dangerous car, creeking door. And after my reservation was confirmed and I was dropped off at the location, I was told there was nothing for me there. It was fixed promptly by the young lady who was clearly in a bind she had no control over, but nevertheless it was extremely anxiety producing. The second star is for her good service.
Usuallly very busy. There is typically a wait to get or return a car. And lastly, but importantly, most every car smells like smoke and the interiors are usually filthy. Not much effort goes into cleaning a car, even the outside many times, probably because of the demand for cars and people waiting. This has been my experience from renting from this location over the past 3 years. On the bright side, most all employees are very nice.
