I'm hoping we won't need another car for awhile but if we do, we are definitely going to call Randal at Peters Auto Mall to see what they have available. It's really nice in today's day & age to find an employee at a company who really cares about the customer and to also find a company that stands behind that employee.
So my husband and I have bought a lot of used cars in our lives (married 32 years) and over time with our experiences, we got to the point we never really trusted a used car salesperson as far as we could throw them, lol.
Well that all changed recently when we bought my 2014 Ford Mustang from Peters Auto Mall with salesman Randal Kennedy!! Randal was very personable and answered every question we had. He genuinely cared about us as customers and it showed. We were happy with the final value that we got for our trade-in 350Z as well.
Bobby was very helpful when I had questions, or comments. He also gave me the space I needed so I could look over the vehicles and didn't try to pressure me into buying. He also took the time to come back in on his day off so I could look at and test drive other cars.
And you know how some used car salesmen will make promises to get the deal and then forget everything they said? Well that's not Randal! When I mentioned I gave them 2 remote keys to my trade so I expected 2 remote keys to the Mustang, Randal said he would get me that other key. And he did!
