As I was sitting in the Johnsons Bros office a woman came in and said her car that she bought from them was overheating AGAIN , and their response ? They said they had no loaner car to give her because they were busy fixing yet another customers car, and that customer was using the loaner.

This was certainly the straw that broke the camels back. After replacing two fuses and three tire bolts (nearly lost a tire), I am so disappointed with this expirience as my first car. I bought the car for 7k ... which was already over my budget , now having to spend 2k more to replace the transmission ?
Wish I would have gone elsewhere to say the least ...
