Horrible horrible quality! Do not shop here if you'd actually like to wear the clothes out you purchased! I bought alot of items from this store one of which a top that the seem was apart and without a receipt you can't return and a dress for my daughter that fell apart after 2 washes! And I even hung it to dry and washed it on delicate cycle. You definitely get what you pay for with this store and even lose money in the process. Do yourself a favor and go next door to rue 21 much better quality and a whole lot better customer service! I even called rainbows corporate and they didnt care and before I even called corporate the girl i called at the original store when asked for the corporate number she gave me what seemed to be her cell number instead!
Love the store, just the staff is very rude, and look at you like you're dumb because you don't know the return policies, which they didn't even tell you in the first place. They need to be more attentive in telling people their policy. Will not be going there again.
i love it because it has really nice clothes do yoy no what i mean has for babys,girls,boys,jounors, and adults. And they also have dressing rooms thats nice right and they also have toy if your child wants a toy you can by one to and they have adult girl stuff like perfume and other stuff thats forbgirls do you know what i mean right
I love rainbow, i love their different styles and the prices but their staff are rude and stuck up. They follow you around like you are going to steal something and when u ask a question they answer you with a very rude tone of voice. I stopped going to rainbow because of that reason, have not gone for two years but decided to give them another try yesterday but they proved me right again so instead went to the store next to them. I have a couple of friends who experienced the same thing as myself. I work very hard for my money and i have no intentions of stealing.
