We have been here 4 times since moving to the Greensboro/High Point area. Great Food, excellent staff and very clean restaurant! I highly recommend trying Carter Brothers! BTW the cakes are awesome!
Carter Brother's is a fantastic family style restaurant with great breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are a family of 9 and we eat dinner here quite often, my favorite dish are those fall off the bone Baby Back Ribs, my kids love that Texas Style Burger. The desserts are crazy delicious and the Sweet Tea is all that.
I love their food but was disappointed tonight on their service. Since I live in another county I decided to check my order before driving off. I'm glad I did. I ordered 2 cakes and they only gave me one. And there was no dressing for either of the salads. I drove back through the drive through and they corrected the mistake.
Some of the best barbecue I have ever had. Employees are very courteous as well. My only complaint is that I seem to want to eat there mostly on Sundays when they are not open. Of course that's not a real issue, just speaks to how good the food is.
I think the food is alright, but every time I try them, something goes wrong and it takes much longer than it should to get the food. Today they had a cash only sign saying their card machine wasn't working. Also, they don't serve sides for more than one serving so you have to order extra to get enough food for two or three. Too expensive when you do order enough for more than one. Pretty expensive for one as well. Guessing they prefer to cater, rather than individual orders cause they don't seem to care how long customers have to wait.
