Among many other things I have purchased from them, I bought a bird feeder with a nifty feature that would allow me to refill without having to bring down feeder. After trying different kinds of seed, all bought at this store, it kept getting clogged. Of course, the 30 days return had expired but I was trying to make this work because of the one feature. After the last type of seed blend didn't work, I brought it back for them to see, full of their seed and totally plugged. They told me, sorry... 30 days are up. They could clearly see no seed was coming down, it was useless, in perfect condition but not allowing seed to come down through orifices. Didn't want a refund, just wanted to exchange for something that would work. I could not believe it! After the hundreds of dollars I have spent there!! I will never buy a thing from them again. That is no way to treat a loyal customer!
I would recommend this store for any bird or nature lover. Very friendly and helpful staff. After going to the Greensboro location, I was even more grateful that this location exists!
Don't buy from this store! I had been going to this location for all my bird feeding needs since I moved to NC 2 years ago. They are pricey but was willing to spend extra to support local business.
I enjoyed browsing their store and the staff were friendly. Plus I'm a cat lady and loved seeing the cats in the store. I like shopping local.
