Very disappointed that I spent over twenty dollars in food and none of it was hot. The hot dog was lukewarm and that's being generous. But I ate it. However, literally 4 times to 4 different people I asked them to heat up my nacho cheese for my nachos and was told, "I can put in in the warmer." This after I asked for it to be put in the microwave. Eventually I was told that there was a microwave in the back and that they had put the cheese in it but honestly the temperature never changed in my opinion. I was made to feel like I was overreacting or bothering them by wanting hot food which I don't get because if I'm paying especially so much money why is it irrational to want quality food at the proper temperature? I also had a pretzel that was warm. The popcorn wasn't hot because all of the popcorn was already pressed in bags and the warmer wasn't on apparently. Fresh popcorn would have been nice. I think that because it was thanksgiving they made Limited number of popcorn and had the machine off so they can get out of there early. The mgr Dana offered no apology or resolve. Y'all suck.
Easy in & out, ticket & concession wait times are short, all the staff are friendly & efficient.

New reclining seats. Very clean. If the concession stand prices were not so high. It would b even better. I got a half liter of water and a box of butterfinger bits for 9 dollars and change. It could not have cost them more than 1 dollar But they sell it to me for 9 dollars. Wow.
While I love the convenience of this theater and all the awesome amenities, our family has one major complaint: the new dividers between each row make it impossible for anyone under 6ft. to see any subtitles. If your under 5'3", forget about it. Our kids cant see! I have no problem paying for the quality of this theater.... however, I am not willing to pay for an uncomfortable 2 hours. I mean, why have Reclining chairs if you can't see?! I'll just drive to The Four Seasons Theater where it's cheaper and still new enough to be comfortable.
Always good service. Reserved seating with comfy chairs that recline and have movable trays to hold your stuff. Today the theater was a little too cool, but that is unusual. Plenty of room in the row for people to pass by without climbing over you.
Best movie theater in Greensboro for me!
