So I get mailed coupons and ask the lady inside if I need to drive back home to get the coupon or can she use the photo my girl just took. She replies yes that's fine, so I go to the car to grab my wallet. I walk back in and after waiting she talks to her supervisor and he doesn't have the respect to even face me and explain. This place is horrible. We ordered pizza for delivery the salesperson said its gonna be 40-45mins, but it didnt arrived on time weve been waiting for nearly 2 hours. We call the place back and put us on hold for 15-20mins. Its just the most infriendly and zero customer service i have ever seen in a papa johns.
Ordered a couple times so far and picked it up. Was hot and delicious. See you soon.

very very disappointed
I’ve used this location for years, ONLY for delivery. For the most part they’re always on time give or take 5-10 mins which is totally understandable. Some of the drivers have no customer service skills when delivering. I’d like to add there was one gentleman that worked there for quite a long time and he was awesome, always talked about my Boxer and just very friendly. I wish I knew his name bc he was the best delivery guy that’s ever delivered to me! Ordering online is the best way to go, from reading prior reviews. My last few experiences weren’t the greatest to say the least. Cold pizza and not so friendly drivers. Also ordered the Philly steak pizza only to get a call 20mins later to say the no longer offer it but yet it’s still on their website. This is the worst papa john’s I’ve ever been to. Our company orders from this location often. The last 2 times they have been over 2 hours late. They’ve even forgot to make our pizza. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you, they walk away when being spoken to. They also argue with people asking for things like garlic sauce. Our company will never order from here again. Horrible customer service.
