Here for over a week but not at the hotel much. Some of the guest services people were nicer than others. My room seemed to have more updates than my coworkers. Didn't have housekeeping come every day but they replace towels that are hung up despite their signs about preserving water but then didn't check to see that my toilet paper was almost gone. Thermostat doesn't seem to work, always very cold in my room.

You only stay here if it's the cheapest and the only hotel near you that is safe. The rooms are decent, but they are aged. There is a bit of rust here and there. Beds aren't that comfortable but if your tired you'll sleep decent. The restaurant is slow, and when I say slow I mean slow! Order breakfast or dinner. Wait about 30 minutes hope they don't forget about you and enjoy your food. The front desk is a miss or hit. I got a great lady when I checked in. When I had a question a night later the other lady looked annoyed I had a question. Showers are good and TV selection is ok. Wish there was a guide w TV channels but I survived. Long story short, don't eat there, only stay there if your going for market or can't afford something else in Greensboro. Wear flip-flops in the dirty floors and watch what you touch.

Very friendly home away from home. Everything was clean and mostly comfortable except the hallways were hot. And the rooms used for classrooms were freezing. But the room itself was very comfortable with its own thermostat. I enjoyed the hotel restaurant for about a half dozen meals and was very pleased with the food and wait staff. We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed ourselves. And felt very welcome. I do hope on our next stay the front desk is more fully staffed. There seemed a number of times those employees were frantic with work, phones and lines of check in/outs and there never seemed to be enough staff to handle it as efficiently. Only 1 occasionally 2 people at the desk with a full hotel on a weekend seems to be cutting it pretty thin. But even under pressure these people were awesome. Its also a really pretty hotel. The restaurant and lobby has a Tuscan feel with lots of chandeliers. Mike was awesome when we checked in and needed help with our luggage. On a day when we didn't have our room serviced, house keeping would check in later to make sure we didn't need anything. All and all it was one of the best stays at a hotel I have had.

Courteous staff who politely attended to myself and others guests while we were attending a group event. Very clean and spacious area

Came to North Carolina to celebrate my birthday and the experience here has not been up to my expectations. Waited over an hour to check in and the room wasn't ready even though we had reservations. Ended up missing part of the event that we came down here for. Room keys failed, blankets on bed looked questionable, when we first got in the room there were no wash cloths asked to get some in our room and it was never brought to us...had to go to the front desk and ask again.
