Their personal attention has been unbeatable.
I came on the exact same day as the person who gave a 1 star review. It was Friday evening before Labor Day. Even though the clinic was not officially open, his daughter let me in, scanned my letter from USCIS and made me an appointment for the first day they reopened. Dr. Osei-Bonsu and his staff have been very helpful, and there is no good reason the form they used (which even mentions the test needed, which was done) should not be accepted by USCIS. The form itself doesn't expire until March. USCIS are the ones being picky about an even newer form being used regardless of the old form already containing the test results. Dr. Osei-Bonsu copied my information over to the new form with no issue whatsoever.
DO NOT GO HERE. My wife went to Dr. Osei-Bonsu for her Form I-693 medical exam, and I have also personally spoken to the Dr. regarding an issue we were having with his staff. Besides being among the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever talked to the support staff provided incorrect advice. When I addressed this with the doctor, besides being rude and extremely condescending (he said by the end of this call you'll probably want to apologize to me [I didn't have the slightest desire to apologize at the end of the call]). Even after the issue was resolved after even further appointments and payments, it was difficult to get the signed and sealed exam. Moreover, we just called to request an additional sealed copy, and apparently they do not keep any records so would only provide a new copy after another exam, absurdly unprofessional. Every immigration attorney I know in this area firmly recommends that they client avoid this office and this Dr.
I love Dr. Bonsu he is the best doctor on the planet. He was finished work today and stay just to help me in my time of need.
Would not listen to my history or the fact that I had already passed the medical exam but it haf simply expired, but rather forced me to do over $500 in blood checks and wanted me to get additional vaccinations that I could prove I already had.. embarrassing and ridiculous that this exists in this great country
Don't let USCIS' bureaucracy reflect badly on Dr. Osei-Bonsu's practice.
Worst place ever! Zero stars Dont go here for immigration physical. Least professional doctor and front staff I've ever seen at any place of business, let alone a certified medical clinic.
Dr. George and his staff are awesome and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my health care needs!
